A group of Beaglers from Ohio, West Virginia and Virginia met in Coshocton, Ohio to gather together in fellowship and fun to Run Beagles on Cottontail Rabbits. From the AKC, UKC, ARHA and the backyard Rabbit Hunter. We called it the Woodbury Classic Beagle Run. No stop watches, score cards, no judges, it was all about the fun of it. A a time to watch dogs, talk dogs, talk pedigrees and get to know each other. We hope to make this a yearly event that all are welcome to. Turn your speakers up and get ready for “The Man In Black” and some good hunting dogs!

Pitbull, Beagle, Baby Bulldog

In this video, you will see the gentle giant Pitbull, Jersey. She is a 3 year old - adorable dog. While she looks menacing, she’s everything but that. Jersey is so sweet and loving. She’s like another person in the family. Very playful and very affectionate.

You will also catch a glipse of Chip - an old timer - Beagle. And, a 4 week old English Bulldog puppy. You will see how Jersey interacts with the puppy and will also see Jersey around a pool. She doesn’t like water and her ball was being tossed around the pool to try to fool her into jumping in.

The dogs were among 120 taken from the Aniclin Preclinical Services in Warren County, N.J.,
after Aniclin’s parent pharmaceutical company couldn’t pay its bills. A New Jersey-based animal rights organization called Win Animal Rights had fought for control of the 175 Aniclin animals — including 55 primates — and coordinated their release to animal rescue agencies

What is the best way for a beagle to learn tricks?

I have a girl beagle just over a year old, and I want to start teaching her higher level tricks than sit, lay down and shake a paw. I would like to know what are some techniques to teach your dogs new tricks? Also, does anyone know how you would begin to get a dog to track someone?

Take her to a dog obedience class. They work wonders.

You need to train dogs for that.

What type of dog will keep my beagle occupied while I am at work?

Im sure all of you beagle owners have a problem like mine. I have a 2 year old beagle that does nothing but wine and bark when I am not in the apartment. I refuse to get her a shock collar to stop the barking, so I was thinking of getting her another beagle or something or the same size to keep her happy while im at work or with the lady. What should I get or for fellow beagle owners, does having another beagle keep them happy and quiet?

another dog is not going to solve the problem … your dog has separation anxiety and is not just bored … your new dog will just learn to bark and make noise from the current one … have you considered more exercise, tire the dog out before you leave ??? would you consider crate training ??? and a shock collar would be extreme but what about a citronella collar would not … not cruel and stopped my dog barking in the apartment within a week …

What breeder should I get my Beagle puppy from?

How do you make a beagle stop howling at night?

My beagle every single night howls and the only way to make her stop is by putting her in the garage. We’ve been trying our best to make her stop but she just doesn’t listen, what should we do?

beagles love to howl, but it is not necessary in this case. Howling takes energy, so exercise her a lot so she is too tired to howl. Another thing that works wonders is a bark collar. It works for howling too, she’ll get the message and if trained right, she’ll see the bark collar as a way to calm her down, not something to be frightened of.
